Ferric Chloride is a yellow to brown solid, highly soluble in water. It is used in water treatment, as a coagulant, and in etching processes in the electronics industry.
- Water Treatment: Used as a coagulant and flocculant in wastewater treatment. - Electronics Industry: Applied in the etching of copper for PCB manufacturing. - Chemical Manufacturing: Used in the production of other iron compounds. - Dyeing Industry: Applied in the dyeing of textiles and in the production of various pigments.
