Every shipment is recorded with its batch number; SDS, CoA and TDS are archived digitally and reissued on request.
Complaints and suggestions are collected at a single point; a permanent correction is made to the process after root-cause analysis.
Supplier performance, delivery times and non-conformity records are reviewed regularly and targets are updated accordingly.
